This experiential workshop offers an introduction to embodied practices that help you stay grounded, present, and adaptable—no matter what life brings.
Through guided movement, embodied awareness, and interactive exercises, you’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system, access inner clarity, and reconnect with a felt sense of resilience that goes beyond mindset alone. It’s an opportunity to return to the body’s innate wisdom, strengthen your capacity to navigate uncertainty, and cultivate greater ease, confidence, and self-trust.
The more we come home to the body, the more we remember: resilience isn’t scarce. It’s abundant, alive, and available in every moment. It’s not something we perform—it’s something we embody.

Over six weeks, we’ll explore resilience as a living, breathing capacity—woven through your mind, body, heart, and spirit. Through somatic practices, reflective inquiry, and meaningful group conversation, you’ll reconnect with what steadies you, nourishes you, and brings you home to yourself.
Embodied Relating
A 4-Month Virtual Group Journey to Thriving in Relationships
Have you ever reacted to something someone said or did, even when you didn’t want to engage in conflict?
In this 4-month virtual group program, we’ll explore— with curiosity and kindness— how we slip into reactivity and disconnect from meaningful connection. Our work and lives are shaped by relationships, yet thriving in them isn’t just about what we say—it’s about how we show up, listen, and attune to ourselves and others.
Through embodied & mindful awareness practices, you’ll learn to regulate your nervous system, stay grounded in challenging interactions, and foster more fulfilling relationships. Develop the skills to communicate with clarity, set healthy boundaries with confidence, and navigate connections with greater ease and presence.
